Mitsubishi, Sistema, Newpek/Alfa and Sojitz. - Handled farmouts and divestments on every continent: Africa (Gabon/
Cote d'Ivoire), South America (Grenada/Uruguay), Europe (Italy),
Asia (Papua New Guinea/Indonesia) and Australia. - Active advisor to Asian companies on North American business opportunities. Clients include CPC and Formosa Petrochemical (Taiwan); Atinum, GS E&R, and Samsung (South Korea); Mitsubishi, JGC, Toyota Tsusho and Sojitz (Japan).
- Originated the $600 million Toyota Tsusho-Encana joint venture in 2012.
- Originated Permian Basin investment opportunities for Total and later
sold multiple U.S. non-core assets for the international super major. - Completed a recent effort on behalf of a large U.S. independent and originated joint ventures with new partners in East Asia and Europe.
- Arranged the original meeting for a South American operator that later resulted in a $1.0 billion Midcontinent drilling transaction for an affiliate.
